I had such an amazing time with the kids this week. It was so stress-free and relaxed, and I was relaxed that I got some good quality time in. I really needed this time to reconnect with my little guys!

Well, I made it to the gym today. Amazing! 20 minutes on the ARC about broke me though- I used to be able to go an hour, but I'm obviously waaaaay out of shape again.

We started the day by going out to eat at Crispers, then we went to the Publix Greenwise store in south Tampa. It's 2 stories of organic wonderfulness! Loved it.

Came home and made some babyfood, then we drove down to Clearwater to have dinner and let Ian play on the beach. We hung out down there for a few hours, and now we're home to watch some TV. I'll be calling it a night shortly though!

I am so ready for the weekend. I had a LOT to catch up on when I got back to work yesterday, and some things that I thought would be taken care of, well, weren't. So, that's adding to my stress level a bit, seeing as I only have FOUR MORE DAYS LEFT!!!!!! to get everything done. I put my nose to the grindstone though, and I think that I have everything under control. Phew!

I had forgotten how tiring playing catch-up can be! I feel like I've been gone for a month rather than a week! It was nice to see everyone though- I sometimes forget how nice it is to have another adult person to talk to

I'm so excited! I bit the bullet and spent money that we didn't have on a hydroponic garden system! I've been eying it for about a year now, so I decided it wasn't really something that I'm going to lose interest in any time soon.

We picked the system up at the farm today, and now I'm looking through the organic seed catalog to see what I want. It's almost time for the August planting season (duh!), so I'm anxious to begin.

Next week were are going to set it up and Sean's going to build a "bird cage" around it to keep out he opossums and such. We should have fresh, organic veggies within 2 months time. WOOHOO!
