I can't believe that it's finally time! I have been waiting for over 2 months now, and it's finally time for my FMLA to begin! It seems like just yesterday I was arguing over my qualification with HR, and now it's almost time for it to start. I can't believe it!

It's funny though- I almost don't want it to be here yet. Silly as it sounds, I've been waiting for it for so long now that it's almost a let-down now that it's here. It's almost like I don't want it to begin so that it won't end. Does that make sense?

I have big plans for the next 3 months. I have 3 specific goals that I want to reach, so I'm going to have to make a schedule and do my best to stick with it. I've decided to pull Ian out of camp after next week so that I can spend some time with him, then we have the amazing family vacation the last week of August, and then Ian's back in school.

I can't believe how fast time is going. Before you know it, Roo will be a year old!
