I had the best time last night! We got together with one of my favorite families on earth and went bowling. It was Ian's first time bowling and he had a blast- he loves my friend's kids and they seem to like him, so it's a great fit. Sean and I had a wonderful time as well, and we were both disappointed that we had to end the night early. However, we did decide that we're going to have a monthly family day/night, which is going to be great because both of our schedules get so crazy that sometimes we go a month without seeing each other. While it doesn't matter because we are lucky enough to have one of those kinds of friendships where we can go that long without hanging out and when we do see each other it's like no time has passed at all, I'm happy that we're going to have a standing day to hang out with the families.

There aren't too many people in my life like that!
