Sean took Ian out so I could complete my Real Estate Exam (I PASSED!) and I called him when I was done. Apparently the two of them completed Chuck E' Cheese in an hour, demolished Chick Fillet in a little over an hour, and were just starting the exciting escapade into Wal-Mart.

Ian grabbed the phone from Sean and proceeded to ask me if he could buy a small toy for himself so I, of course, said "yes" and asked to speak to Daddy. Sean got on the phone and I told him Ian could buy something small, but he had to be mindful of the price because I had just paid some bills and our bank account was a bit on the dismal side.

His response?

"You say that every time we get paid!"

Um... Duh? Doesn't the prime time to pay bills occur shortly after getting a paycheck?! I might be missing something, but I'm pretty sure I'm right...
