I got a call from Sean at about 6pm tonight saying that we were going out to eat because he was "tired, sore, and in need of beer," so we headed off to his new favorite restaurant, Honey's.

It was great! We had a great dinner and, best of all, a HUGE Beer Tower. I called my friend, Kim, while there to let her know that she had to come with us next time, because I have a feeling she and her husband could match us tower for tower, LOL!

After that we picked up Ian's birthday present at my parent's house and Sean put it together so that it's ready for him tomorrow. I am on the fence about giving it too him because I want him to have it on his actual birthday, but Sean doesn't get home until after dark, and how can you show a kid his brand new sandbox when it's dark outside and he can't play in it? It's set up so there isn't much I can do... It sucks because I bought balloons, streamers, banners, and all sorts of stuff so I can decorate the house tomorrow while he's at school, but Sean can't get off of work early now so I'm torn. Do I go on as planned and just celebrate with Ian alone and take lots of picture? Or, should I delay the party until Sean can get home early?

It sucks for all of us.
